Prepare the room
Move furniture to the center, cover the floor and remove outlet covers.
Cut in first
Paint the edges near the ceiling and corners with a brush before you use the roller.
Roll in a W pattern
Load the roller, make a large W on the wall and fill it in without lifting the roller.
Two coats
Wait for the first coat to dry completely, usually 2 to 4 hours, and then apply the second coat.
